Terms of Sale

Keys to La Clé Rouge are sold by Social Animal Works LLC, doing business as La Clé Rouge. Questions: enter@therougekey.com.

What you're buying. One admission to Issue 01: The Seen, Saturday, December 12, at SEVEN, Raleigh, with the perks listed for your tier at the time you buy.

Age and entry. Every guest must be 21 or older with valid photo ID. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone for safety or conduct, without a refund.

Photography and recording. The night is photographed and filmed throughout. By attending, you agree that La Clé Rouge may use your image, likeness and voice to promote its events, in any medium, without payment. If you'd rather not be featured, tell us at check-in and we'll make reasonable efforts.

Readings and performances. Readings, mentalism and the Lipstick Oracles are entertainment. They are not psychological, medical or professional advice.

Portraits and prints. Instant portraits are made on the night. Other prints are made on site when possible and otherwise mailed by January 31. Film and instant processes can fail; if a promised print fails, we'll replace it in another format.

Transfers. Your key can be transferred to someone else. Email enter@therougekey.com with their name up to 48 hours before doors.

Changes. Performers and programming may change. If the date moves, your key is valid for the new date, or you can request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.

Conduct. Respect the performers, the staff, the venue and each other. Photography of other guests is part of the night; harassment is not.
